9/7
What is the downside? What are the risks? What are the drawbacks? What might go wrong? What is weak about the idea?
Code 9/7 is obviously the counterpart to code 9/6. This is a specific request for the spelling out of risks and dangers. In practice there are probably three sorts of risks. There is the risk that the idea will simply not work at all. It may also work poorly. There is the risk that the idea might work but will not deliver the benefits that have been promised and hoped for. These anticipated benefits do not appear. There is the risk of actual danger, damage or downside from the implementation of the idea. For example, a competitor might be stirred to hit back very hard. Even though it is intended for meetings, code 9/7 could also have a general use.
