It may be said that such material is so obvious that there is hardly a need for an indicator.
Ordinary advocacy sets out to make a case as in 7/7. Where emotion has clearly taken over from reason the matter fits more suitably under 7/13.

Although the indicator is normally applied to negative emotions it might equally be applied to positive emotions if they were also excessive.

Note that the emphasis is on 'outpouring' rather than 'appeal'.
