Some people ask for a blanket amount of information "Give me inforamtion on all the workers in the field of creativity over the last fifty years". The request may be innocent in that the asker may simply have no idea as to how much information is being requested. There are, however, those who need to collect information themselves and are happy to passs that task over to someone else. "Tell me all the goods you carry in your supermarket." It is easy enough to communicate such a request but rather more trouble to respond to it. Code 5/5 does carry a slight rebuke to those who ask for "everything".
