Action

As the name implies the "action" code is quick, sharp and definite.
The situations are not as complex as with the other codes. The advantage of the code is the clarity with which the communication can be made. There is no room for ambiguity.

The action code can be used in any type of situation, whether personal or business. If the code seems suitable to express an intention, then use it.

At certain points there may be an overlap with some other codes. This does not matter. Sometimes it is possible to express the same thing in various ways ("top of the mountain", "peak","summit", etc.)

The code may be used in conjunction with other codes to add a further layer of meaning

I want in. I want to take part in this. I want to be included. I like this. I want to join the team or group or project.

I am very interested. Tell me more. Explain the situation in more detail. How is it going to be done? How is it going to work?
  • 3/3
Thank you, but no thank you. I am not interested. Count me out. I do not want to join. I do not want to take part in this.

I want out. I want to get out of this. I do not want to be involved in this any more.

Let's move right forward to action. Let's get going. What are we waiting for? Action!
  • 3/6
What is the problem? What is the hold-up? Why are we not moving forward?
  • 3/7
We need to design a way forward. We need to solve the problem. We need to find a way around the problem. So lets do that.
  • 3/8
We need some creative thinking here. We need some new ideas. Can we try a different approach?
  • 3/9
There seems to be an energy failure. There are no problems but nothing seems to be happening. Why is that?
  • 3/10
What is the immediate next step? What do you do next? What should be done next? What needs to be done next?
  • 3/11
We need to think about this. Some thinking is needed at this point. Action needs to be interrupted by some thinking.
  • 3/12
What has been happening? What is the feedback? Where is the action report?
