Many of the attention-directing tools can produce a long list of items. For example code 2/3 can produce a long list of factors to be considered. Code 2/2 may produce a long list of possible consequences. There is a need to recognize that not all the items on these long lists are equally important. So code 2/7 is a request to select the most important items from a list
