13/7

What is the problem? What has gone wrong? What are you upset about? I do not understand what is going on. Please explain.

In this code the relationship itself is not under threat. There just seem to be difficulties which need to be faced and overcome. But there is a need to know what the problem may be. Dealing with an unknown problem is impossible. If behaviour indicates that there may be some problem, then code 13/7 is a request that the problem be stated and clarified: 'What is the problem?' There is some linkage here to the mood code. Some people may even want to use the mood code in such situations. There is a sense or suspicion that something is wrong. That needs following up.
