There are some important things that we need to talk about. They may be positive or negative. But we do need a time to talk..
There may be a point in separating positive matters from negative matters with a different code for each. On the other hand, there may be more value in having a code which simply indicates: 'There are things we need to talk about.' In this way there is no anticipation of the subjects to be discussed. The guess may well be that the subjects 'needing' a talk will usually be difficulties, but that remains a guess. A few positive subjects can be thrown in from time to time!
