This is an upbeat progress report. It is useful when there have been difficulties and problems. Even if nothing much has changed on the surface, the code signals that the basic mood may have improved.

Most comments, and codes, tend to focus on the negative because that is more noticeable and that is what needs putting right. The few codes that accentuate the positive need to be used more often.
