This is not a 'back off' signal but a plea to let things develop instead of seeking to hurry them along. It may be that there are problems to be sorted out. It may be that there is a need to get to know each other better. There is no hurry. At least that is the view of the party that uses this code. Just as people's metabolism works at different speeds so does the metabolism of involvement. There is also the suggestion in code 12/5 that there is some 'pressure'. The code is a clear signal that such pressure is not a good idea.
