The Change Process
Anything which is not static is changing. Any sort of action, cause/effect, influence, etc., can be seen to be a sort of 'change'. If at the end something is not exactly the same as at the beginning then there is a change. If there is a change there is a change process.
Change may involve a change agent, the right environment and various supporting factors. All these are lumped together as 'the change process' and indicated by the number 6.
