Code 10/6 is rather different from an excessive workload. The keyword is 'pressure'. The person is responding that he or she is being 'pressured' over some matter.
Pressure may arise from multiple demands. Pressure may arise from unrealistic demands. Pressure may arise from exaggerated expectations. Pressure may even arise because the person is not used to pressure. Whatever the cause of the pressure (whether it is reasonable or not), code 10/6 indicates a mood related to being pressured.

It must be quite clear that a person who has indicated 10/6 should not be subjected to yet more pressure!
