I am overworked. I am very busy. There is far too much to do. I am being stretched.
Note that there is no suggestion in code 10/5 that the person is stressed or cannot cope with the excessive workload. The code is a simple statement that there is a lot to do. The person using the code is not even complaining. The person is simply indicating that his or her mood is related to the great amount of work that needs to be done.
It may be that at certain times of the year there is a larger amount of work than usual. It may be that some special project requires extra work.
In all cases, code 10/5 is not designed as a comment on organizational efficiency. It is simply a statement of mood related to the large amount of work to be done.
The advantage of such a code is that it clearly indicates that the 'unhappiness' is not due to some other cause, such as displeasure with an individual.
