There is a sharp contrast with 10/14, which is always focused on something in particular. Code 10/15 is more like 10/2, a general unhappiness. You could be unhappy with the way an architect has designed the windows in a building-or you could be unhappy with the whole building. Code 10/15 is the broader type of unhappiness. As with some of the other mood codes, the person in the 10/15 mood may want to broadcast this instead of waiting to be asked. The point about being unhappy in this broad sense is that other people should know about the unhappiness. So it is a sort of 'cosmic sulking'. Some people use this sort of unhappiness as a way of motivating those around them who scurry about to make the boss happy.
