I am annoyed and upset about a particular individual or action. I am not at all pleased about this. I hope it can be put right .
This could be called 'sulking', but no one would use this code if it were so called. The specific subject of the annoyance should be spelled out: '1 am 10/14 over the sloppy way you prepared that meeting.' '10/14 with regard to the way you contradicted me at the meeting. You should have told me before.'
