I need very specific and very detailed information on the matter indicated.
It is easy enough to say, "I want all information about everything". You are unlikely to get it. If you ask for too much you are likely to get too little. So how do you indicate the detail or depth of the information that you want?
Code 1/2 is a request for information. If, however you really need detailed information then you have the practical possibility of indicating this with code 1/3.
1/3 information on medication for malaria prevention.
1/3 flights to Paris from London after 7pm.
As with 1/2 you can spell out in words exactly what you want. You can communicate as you would have done if code 1 had not existed. Then you add the code number to let the receiver know what to expect. The use of the code numbers is not intended to interfere with the use of language. Those very familiar with the codes may find they simplify and shorten communications.
